Please note there's an extra charge of $45 per day or $300 per week for POOL HEAT if you prefer it to be heated during your stay. It must be requested at least 2 days prior to check in. If available and requested, there’s an additional $25 per hour for early check in or late check out. No unauthorized guests or visitors without prior written approval by the host. Maximum of 10 guests can occupy the property at any time! No exceptions. Please make sure that there are no unauthorized guests without prior approval. Maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. If traveling with pets, please make sure to cover furniture with blankets and no pets in bed allowed. Please keep pets on leashes at all times when outside. Also, please clean up front and backyard after your pet. No pets in the pool. Otherwise, there will an extra charge of $250.
